Drinkstir Terms and Conditions

LLC (“Drinkstir,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.1. Eligibility and Responsible Use
You must be at least the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use alcohol-related features of the Service. You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.Drinkstir promotes responsible consumption. Do not use the Service to encourage excessive or unsafe alcohol use.2. No Medical, Health, or Professional Advice
The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Content provided through Drinkstir, including AI-generated suggestions and recipes, does not constitute medical, nutritional, legal, or professional advice. Always use independent judgment.3. User Responsibility for Ingredients and Safety
You are solely responsible for:verifying ingredient suitability, allergens, and dietary restrictions;
preparing, consuming, and serving beverages safely;
ensuring lawful use of alcohol in your jurisdiction.
Drinkstir is not responsible for adverse outcomes arising from recipe preparation, substitutions, ingredient quality, contamination, overconsumption, intoxication, or misuse.4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Some outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee any specific result, quality, or fitness for purpose.5. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.6. User Content License
You may submit content, including drink names, photos, notes, and recipes (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Drinkstir a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:violate any law or regulation;
use the Service for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service;
upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content;
scrape or extract data beyond permitted use.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation;
subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal;
renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the current period ending;
you can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings.
Free trials, pricing, and offerings may vary and are subject to change as allowed by law and platform rules.9. Refunds
Drinkstir has a no refund policy. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies. Drinkstir does not directly process App Store refunds.10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including text, design, software, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Drinkstir or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.12. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for unavailability, interruptions, errors, or data loss.13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRINKSTIR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DRINKSTIR IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drinkstir and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity.17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
